COGNIS AI PTE. LTD. ("we", "us", "our" or the "Company") takes your privacy seriously and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal data when you use the Company's services, and the choices available to you. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in the Company's Terms of Service.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through:
- your visits to the Company's website and all associated pages (the "Website");
- your interaction with applications on third-party websites and services that contain a link to this Privacy Policy;
- your use of the services provided by the Company (the "Service").

Aggregated and de-identified information
We may process personal data in aggregated or de-identified form to analyse the effectiveness of the Service, research user behaviour and share information with business partners, including in the following ways:
- when handling feedback, we disassociate Input and Output from your user ID;
- when creating analytical reports and sharing them on the Website, we disassociate Input and Output from your user ID and assign a topic category to each Input;
- when improving the user experience, we may analyse and aggregate general user behaviour and usage data; this information does not identify individual users;
- with your consent, we may disclose Input to business partners in aggregated, de-identified form, not associated with your user ID.
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data
We may share or disclose your personal data in the following circumstances:
- Website service providers: we may employ other companies and individuals to help us provide the Website and the Service ("Service Providers"). Service Providers receive your personal data solely to perform tasks on our behalf and are obliged not to use it for any other purpose.

4. Your Rights and Choices
Marketing communications
If you do not want us to use your email address or other contact information to promote our Service, you may opt out by sending a request through the official customer support channel. You may also follow the "unsubscribe" instructions in those messages to stop receiving promotional or marketing communications from us. Please note that opt-out and unsubscribe requests may not take effect immediately and may require a reasonable time to be processed and applied, during which your information will remain subject to your previous privacy settings.
Keeping personal data accurate, and deletion
We are committed to keeping your personal data accurate and up to date. You may review and change your personal data by logging in to the Website and visiting your account profile page.
If you no longer wish to use our Service, or no longer wish us to process your personal data, you may request deletion of your account and associated information through the official customer support channel (subject to certain limitations). After you submit your request, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. Once you confirm the deletion request, the process cannot be cancelled, withdrawn or reversed. After the account is deleted, all associated personal data will be deleted, unless we are required to retain it for regulatory compliance purposes or for legal or business necessity.
