The Company expressly states that we are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of any model output obtained through the Service. The Service connects and forwards requests via API routing to upstream artificial intelligence large language models (LLMs) operated by independent third-party model providers. Any content, opinions, computational results or text generated does not represent the position, views or policies of the Company.

You understand and agree that:

the Company is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of any output you receive through the Service;
the Company bears no liability for any action you take on the basis of output received through the Service, or for any consequence of such action;
you are solely responsible for evaluating output, implementing appropriate human review and safeguards, and determining whether any model, model terms, input, output or use case is suitable for your business, legal, security, privacy and compliance requirements;
the Company makes no representation or warranty regarding any model provider's data handling, retention, training, security, availability or intellectual property practices.

You understand and acknowledge that the functionality, error rates and availability of the technology used by the Service may evolve over time. You assume all risk of damage arising from your use of or access to the Service, from dealings with any other user of the Service, and from any materials or content obtained through the Service (including any output you receive through the Service).
